My favorite site is Hummies World. It is a $6 a month subscription, but if you use PSE it is worth the money. She has both video resources and typed directions.
Scrapstreet.com has a section in their magazine that gives tips on how to do different things every month. Downside is that you have to wait a month for the next tutorial. lol But they do keep the past 11 months of back issues available on the website. The ezine is free, too. And you can sign up to have it sent to you automatically on the 1st of every month.
