How long have you been scrapbooking and what got you started?

I have been scrapping since about 1997 when my mother in law introduced me to it. It was paper scrapping of course, but it was addicting. I had just had our first child and I wanted to make an album of her photos.

WOW, this is certainly dating me! I began scrapping in 2000, it was when I was pregnant with my second! I remember being at a late night crop with so much energy and then getting home and wanting to do more only to be awoken at 3 am in labor! I paper scrapped until 2003 when i found digi and haven't gone back since. I love the fact I can click save and have nothing to clean up! I mean I hated the paper clippings with toddlers so much work and fuss.

Saying I had my first in 1997 doesn't date me? lol I was only 19 when I had her, but still!! lol

Okay girls, Let's not go there I had my first in.... drumroll please! 1982! You all are about my kids age! UUUUGGGG! I started paper scrappin about 5 years ago! I"m stilla newbie at digi I've only been doing it about a year! Another great topic lisa!!!!

Hey I was 5 in 1982!! lol But I bet you aren't much older than my big sister. She was born in the late 60's. She as 16 when our baby brother was born!! lol

Hey Sarah, i was 4 in 1982!!!

Well, started digi scrapping last year!!! and what got me started was that i wanted to preserve all the little and big moments of my son... at first i was looking out for supplies for paper scrapping when i found about digi scrapping and got hooked to it!!!

I started paper scrapping after my second child was born in 1999. I couldn't really do it very often due to Lupus, so I found digi. I absolutely love it! No turning back now! I started digi about 3 months ago. I get so much more done now; especially when I can just close the lid! Now I just need to print them

I started Digital scrapping in 2006 to do a album for my dh grandma. And I got hooked I have been designing for about a year and a half....

Poor Sarah!! Hope we aren't making you feel old!! That is the nice part about online forums!! You are as old as you want to tell us you are!!

Well, we need someone old enough to guide us through!!!! Sarah, you are old only physically, but at your heart you can as young as you can!!!

I've only been scrapping for about a year. The birth of my DS and the subsequent overload of photos got me into scrapping. I've done a little paper, but mostly digital.

I started scrapping about a month back.... Even though Jaya has been asking me to do since last december. Well no time... My husband travels a lot and I need to take care of my daughter all by myself. But scrapbooking is something I am totally addicted to.... Just came to know that I have a tini tiny creative side as well. Sarah not to make you feel old.... you are still very young...but I was three in '82
